Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME


All orders are processed within 5-15 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we may contact you via email.

訂單出貨最多可能需要 5-15 個工作日,週末或節假日不發貨或交付訂單。

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING


You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

為安全起見,LESIS 有權將首筆訂單商品配送至持卡人經過驗證的帳單地址或工作地址。下單時,為避免耽誤您收到訂單產品的時間,請確保提供與您正確的配送地址訊息。



DAMAGES


LESIS is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

LESIS 不對任何在運輸過程中損壞或丟失的產品負責。 如果您收到的訂單已損壞,請聯繫貨運承運人提出索賠。 在提出索賠之前,請保存所有包裝材料和損壞的貨物。



DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY


國內配送:SF-express順豐快遞 / 便利超商取件 / 便利超商取件付款



INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY


Additional processing time (5-10 days) may be required for international orders.
Worldwide Shipping will be shipped via EMS / SF express, once your package is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking code.

*We may not be able to ship to every country. If we are unable to process your order we will notify you and refund your full order.



CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES

LESIS is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.)
Unfortunately, we can’t calculate these costs as they vary country to country.

If a return is requested, the customer will be responsible for covering the return shipment cost. For refunds, we will not be able to offer refunds on international shipping costs, only up to the maximum value of the products purchased.
